BAB is a small batch bakery making fresh bagels from the best local and regional ingredients I can find. Before a batch, I send out an order form to the mailing list and orders need to be in by Thursday. Bagels are ready for pick up over the weekend!
I offer a variety of standard flavors for each back - plain, sesame, poppy, everything, garlic, and onion. Each week, I also offer a special and over time, I plan on adding additional items including Montreal Style Bagels, Sourdough English Muffin, and some take-and-bake treats.
